The customer service was exceptional, with a special shout out to Marta who went above and beyond to assist me, even while she was on holiday. I was welcomed with a lovely touch of a mini bottle of pink Prosecco upon arrival. The cottage had everything I needed for my stay, including a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. The complimentary coffee and coffee machine were a delightful bonus.

Our stay at the Cosy Cottage was amazing! The bathroom was like heaven - it had both a shower and a bath. I just couldn't get enough of the relaxing hot water. It was the perfect place for some well-deserved pampering after a long day of exploring.

But honestly, I wish the shower had stronger water pressure. It's just a personal preference though, some might still enjoy it.

Fast Wifi: The Wifi in this place was faster than a cheetah sprinting towards its prey! I streamed movies without any glitches, and even my son's online gaming was smooth as silk. No buffering nightmares here.

Lost Property: Lack of proper handling of lost items.

Loved the garden views, felt like I was in a nature documentary! The towels were a nice touch, although I prefer my own made of unicorn hair.

The cottage also offered a coffee machine, free WiFi, and a TV, all in excellent condition. The customer service was exceptional, with a special mention to Marta who went above and beyond to assist us, even contacting us after her holiday to return a forgotten item. The complimentary mini bottle of pink Prosecco was a thoughtful touch.
